Floating Sound Bath, Sauna & Dip

Float gently on the lake as crystal bowls and gong wash over you. Let tension melt as sound, water and fresh air bring deep relaxation and calm.
Afterwards, move between sauna heat, ice immersion and lake dips—your own rhythm of contrast therapy to restore body and mind.

A gentle, low-impact class focused on building strength, mobility and confidence. Slow, controlled movements using light weights, followed by a 20-minute relaxing stretch to uplifting vintage music.
Strength & cardio
A high-energy full-body workout combining cardio and strength training with heavier weights. Includes upper/lower body, core work and a stretch, set to motivating, feel-good music.
Cardio core
A low-impact, high-energy workout blending cardio bursts with core and resistance training. Improves strength, endurance, balance and coordination.
Bodyweight fitness
A fast-paced, circuit-style session to boost heart rate, strength and energy. A short, effective full-body workout with no equipment needed.

Pilates
Pilates
A powerful, low-impact matwork session set in beautiful surroundings to help restore, realign, mobilise and strengthen. In combination with specific moves, Caroline’s classes use breathwork and visualisation to build core strength and flexibility.
Classes are suitable for a wide range of abilities, with modifications to suit individual needs.
Power pilates
A dynamic pilates class with added cardio using light weights and ankle weights. Builds strength, tones muscles, improves posture and boosts endurance.

Alex is a personal trainer at Watersedge with a passion for outdoor fitness, pilates and whole-body wellbeing. She helps people to move and feel better—physically, mentally and emotionally.
I’m a 41-year-old personal trainer who specialises in using mindful movement to ease anxiety, supporting clients through menopause, and helping older adults stay strong and mobile. My approach focuses on consistency, motivation, and creating realistic, sustainable routines that fit into your life, not take it over.
