Swim coaching at Watersedge
Open-water swimming is of course very different to pool swimming, so our swim coaches Gem and Dan are here if you’d like support to gain confidence or guidance along the way.
Gem’s introductory and athlete coaching
Discover the beauty of swimming and reconnect with yourself
Gem’s an experienced cold-water swimmer and sauna master—most at home in water, drawing energy and perspective from nature. Adventurous yet grounded, she believes boldness comes from a desire to grow. Gem took on the challenge of joining the World Record Winter Swimming Relay in Estonia, despite not having a competitive swim history. She has a deep appreciation for the benefits of cold-water swimming, which she shares through intro courses at Watersedge.
